About the Company CB Homes, Inc., is a builder of single family modular homes in Central Pennsylvania. We feature Modular Homes from a top modular manufacturer on the East Coast.
Combined with our manufacturer, CB Homes, Inc., prides itself by building beautiful modular homes that incorporate quality construction, products, features and designs. In addition, we will customize features that are asked for by our clients that can only be completed onsite, such as a detached garage, wrap-around porch or large deck.
All plans feature poured walls, unless other specifications are asked for, concrete floor, full heating and cooling. Andersen Windows, Delta and Kohler faucets, Certainteed exteriors, Therma-Tru doors and Superior Fireplaces are some of the products we have installed in homes. Brick exterior, stone fireplaces, ceramic and hardwood flooring, custom kitchens with solid surfaces are just a few of the upgrades our clients have requested.
CB Homes, Inc., will provide quality construction that exceeds traditional stick built construction while allowing you to afford the upgrades and quality products you want, all for less money than traditional construction.

John attended the University of Wisconsin at River Falls. Thereafter, he spent many years with a large retail company in management positions such as customer relations, personnel director, operations manager, store manager and regional merchandise manager. John has been in real estate sales and the new homes industry for the past twelve years.
Troy attended Harrisburg Area Community College in 1980 studying business management. Afterwards he immediately went to work for a local construction company, where he was employed for a number of years before striking out on his own. In just a few short years he started up his own construction company, the S & S General Builders and Construction Company. In July of 2004 he struck up a partnership with John Nelson to form CB Homes, Inc, a builder of Excel Homes.
