foundation and assembled.
2. What is the difference between a modular and a double

A double wide is built on a steel frame.
A modular appreciates rather than depreciates.
A modular is built to different codes than a double wide.
A modular recieves mortgage rates rather than motor vehicle rates on loans.
3. What are the advantages of a modular home? [Top]
Because they are constructed in a factory, there are no problems due to weather
conditions. There is design flexibility. Modulars are energy efficient. Modulars
are cost effective with rapid completion.
4. Can we make changes to a floor plan? [Top]
Yes, you can custom design a plan also.
5. Do we get to choose our countertops, carpet colors,
linoleum, etc.? [Top]
Yes, there are a variety of choices.
6. How long does it take to get a home? [Top]
You can generally be in your home six to eight weeks after delivery, however
circumstances (ex. weather, utilities, etc.) can delay things.
7. Can we order porches, garages, etc. with our home?

Yes, we are able to provide porches and/or garages.

Yes, there is a one year warranty with each home.

Yes, we have the ability to include all of these. Complete packages are available.

Yes, we can provide a concrete, poured, or precast basement.

CB Homes will buy appliances by request at buyers cost or, buyer has this option.

No, however, we have several banks that we deal with on a regular basis that
we can refer you to.
